A table top tempering machine that will take all the frustration out of making even-colored, smooth tasting, crisp chocolates that rival any professional offerings. This machine permits you to temper any kind of chocolate by simply choosing the chocolate icon that corresponds to your chocolate, milk, dark, or white. The machine starts and you simply add in the chocolate. A buzzer alerts you to add more chocolate for the 'seeding process' w which cools the chocolate. Again a buzzer notifies you that the chocolate is ready. There is even a 'night' cycle that allows you to leave the chocolate in the machine, ready for the next morning to begin again.
