A Return Authorization (RA) is needed for all returns, replacements, or refunds. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. An RA will be sent to you via email. Please place this RA number on the outside of the return package. Your RA is valid for receipt of merchandise up to 15 days from the date of issue. After that time your RA number will expire. We will give you the proper address to send back any return. ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN RA NUMBER or your return/refund will be significantly delayed.
We only ship to the US and Canada. No exceptions. We use UPS for all paid shipping shipments within the United States. We use USPS for shipments to Canada or APO addresses only or for items with FREE shipping.
FREE Shipping items will be shipped via USPS mail. Not UPS. No tracking available on items that have FREE Shipping. You will receive a confirmation of the insured shipment via email.
USPS Media Mail: This option is only available for BOOKS and DVDs. This option is not available for any other products. This is a special price given by the post office for media. If you choose this option for shipping any other product, your order will not be shipped until we receive the actual UPS shipping cost.
Most of our products are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. Please check the specific product page for details. Orders received by 12 PM CT Monday - Thursday will normally ship that business day or the next business day.
Hotel Certificates: Hotel certificates are printed on demand at the respective Hotel chain. The certificates take 3 - 9 business days to print and ship. Once the certificate is printed, it is then shipped via expedited carrier overnight.
Driver's Seat Chairs: Drivers Seat chairs are custom made-to-order and take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Due to the size, weight and production time, expedited shipping is not available on this product.

Non-defective returns require a return authorization and must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. All items must be returned PREPAID AND INSURED in the original manufacturer's packing along with all parts, accessories and paperwork. A reason for the return should also be provided. We reserved the right to refuse any return that shows tampering or abuse of any kind.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for items returned for a refund that are not defective and are as described. Accepted returns after 46-59 days subject to 25% restocking fee, attempted returns after 60 days will not be accepted. Modified, damaged or abused products will not be accepted. Contact us for a return authorization (RA) number before sending your item. Items returned for any reason without RA subject to automatic 25% restocking fee. We will replace any defective products, no restocking fee. Defective returns require a return authorization (RA) and must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Please Note When Returning Watch Winders: Watch winders are made with electric motors. Motors are by their nature moving parts. This produces noise. To many this is acceptable and to others it may be considered noisy. We have no control over the sound of the motors and do not consider noise to be a "defect." We will replace any winder that customers consider too loud under our warranty. If you return a winder for replacement, return the winder PREPAID AND INSURED in the original manufacturer's packing along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. A reason for the return should also be provided. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted as credit items. If a refund is requested, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply will apply. Outgoing shipping and handling will not be refunded.
Drivers Seat: Because they are custom-made items, we cannot accept returns of The Driver's Seat chairs unless the item is defective or not as described.
Food or Tobacco Products: Due to health concerns, we do no accept returns of ANY food or tobacco product. Unless defective or not as described.
