Customer Service:

Special requests or changes to your order should be sent to us using this form.

To cancel your order: Cancellation must be received before 3:30pm CT M-F the date of purchase or a 3.5% bank credit card fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount. Credit cards are electronically processed M-F at 3:30pm CT, after which time the bank fee is assessed and can not be refunded for cancelled orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept credit cards from non-US banks or financial institutions. We only ship products to the cardholder's billing address. Please Note: When you place an online credit card order, your credit card is automatically debited. Non-Defective Product Returns

Non-defective returns require a return authorization and must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. All items must be returned PREPAID AND INSURED in the original manufacturer's packing along with all parts, accessories and paperwork. A reason for the return should also be provided. We reserved the right to refuse any return that shows tampering or abuse of any kind.

There will be a 15% restocking fee for items received by us within 45 days of purchase. Accepted returns after 46-59 days subject to 25% restocking fee, attempted returns after 60 days will not be accepted. Modified, damaged or abused products will not be accepted. Contact us for a return authorization (RA) number before sending your item. Items returned for any reason without RA subject to automatic 25% restocking fee.

Customer assumes full responsibility for any kind of damage to any watch from the use of a watch winder, storage box or other related items whether caused by manufacturing defect, negligence or otherwise. Responsibility of seller is limited to replacement or refund of product under the terms of sale, less shipping.

Because they are custom-made items, we cannot accept returns of The Driver's Seat chairs unless the item is defective or not as described. In addition, due to manufacturer policies, a 30% restocking fee, plus freight, applies to Atlantis and First Alert returns.

Defective Product Returns

We will replace any defective products. Defective returns require a return authorization and must be requested within 30 days of invoice date. Please indicate the nature of the defect. (Loud watch winder motors are not considered defects and will be treated as Non-Defective returns. See above.) All items must be returned PREPAID AND INSURED in the original manufacturer's packing along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. A reason for the return should also be provided. There will be a minimum 15% restocking fee for any product that is returned and not replaced. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted. Please Note When Returning Watch Winders: Watch winders are made with electric motors. Motors are by their nature moving parts. This produces noise. To many this is acceptable and to others it may be considered noisy. We have no control over the sound of the motors and do not consider noise to be a "defect." We will replace any winder that customers consider too loud under our warranty. If you return a winder for replacement, return the winder PREPAID AND INSURED in the original manufacturer's packing along with all parts, accessories, and paperwork. A reason for the return should also be provided. Modified, damaged, or abused products will not be accepted as credit items. If a refund is requested, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply will apply. Outgoing shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Warranty Policy for Specific Items

When you purchase any product from us, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major manufacturers' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their policies. We are not allowed to accept these products for repair or replacement. Sending them to us will only delay the process. Send us an email with your order number and your request. We will respond with an RA number and the address where to send the merchandise.

Repairs

We provide warranty repairs only for JFA watch winders. Any other products must be sent to the manufacturer for warranty repair.

With the exception of winders returned under the provisions of our Out-of-Warranty Flat Rate Repair Policy, we can not accept back a product for repair or exchange without a Return Authorization (RA). For all other products, our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. For many parts of the country, this delivers your order anywhere from one to three days after UPS picks up from our Chicago warehouse. (See enlargement of map at right for details.)

UPS Standard shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Other Caribbean islands.

Please Note: Atlantis and La Crosse Technology products can be shipped only to the 50 United States.

Shipping to PO Boxes: If your item is going to a PO Box, then it will be mailed out using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please note, USPS does not give us any tracking information. Shipping Schedule:

Watchwinders, watches, watchwinder domes, and, unless otherwise noted, watchwinder upgrades and accessories ship from stock from JFA.

The MicroLight and motivational products also ship from JFA stock. Watchwinder bases are made to order, but many are made in advance and ready for shipping.

The Driver's Seat generally ships in four to six weeks after order.

Sangean radios, unless otherwise noted, ship from JFA stock on our normal order processing and shipping schedule.

All other products ship from the manufacturer's factory and are subject to manufacturer availability. We cannot guarantee turnaround times since the actual shipment is not within the control of JFA.

The following information pertains to order processing and shipping of watchwinder and other products we stock in our Chicago warehouse. It also serves as a guide to how all orders are handled, however, all other products ship from the manufacturer's factory and are subject to manufacturer availability. We cannot guarantee turnaround times of those products, since the actual shipment is not within the control of JFA.

Monday-Thursday: Orders placed and received before 11:59pm CT (Central Time) process and ship the next business day. For example, an order received at 9:59pm CT Monday will process and ship Tuesday; an order received 12:01am CT Tuesday will process and ship Wednesday.

Friday-Sunday: Orders placed and received after 11:59pm CT Thursday and before 11:59pm CT Sunday will process and ship Monday.

Once shipped, UPS normal ground delivery times apply.

Rush orders (overnight, 2nd Day and 3rd Day shipping) are processed and fulfilled using the same cutoff times. Keep in mind that the shipping schedule is based on when the order is processed. For example:

  • For overnight shipping, an order placed and received prior to 11:59pm CT Monday would ship Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. An order placed and received after 11:59pm CT Monday for overnight shipment would ship Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

  • For 2nd day shipping, an order placed and received prior to 11:59pm CT Monday would ship Tuesday for Thursday delivery. An order placed and received after 11:59pm CT Monday for overnight shipment would ship Wednesday for Friday delivery.

Once shipped, the carrier's standard delivery times apply.

Holiday schedules may delay order shipment another day.
