A Return Authorization (RA) Number is needed for all warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. Please contact us with your order number and the reason for the repair. An RA number and instructions will be sent back to you via email. Please place the RA number on the exterior of the return package. Your RA number is only valid for up to 15 days from the date of issue. After that time your RA number will expire. Any item sent back without an RA number will be significantly delayed
We offer a 30-Day return policy (see Return Policy for more return information). We will repair, replace or refund you for any defective merchandise returned in that time period. After 31 days, you will need to use the manufactuer's warranty for the particular product. If you have any questions, please contact us
When you purchase any product from us, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major manufacturers' policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their policies. We are not allowed to accept these products for repair or replacement. Sending them to us will only delay the process. Contact us with your order number and your request. We will respond with an RA number and the address where to send the merchandise.
Any refurbished watch winder is marked as such on the product page. The product page shows the warranty of that particular item. Refurbished items have either a 30 or 90 day warranty and are not repairable items. The exception is a JFAE4 or JFAE1/2.
We only repair watchwinders we've sold that are made by JFA. Please contact us before sending back ANY REPAIR. All JFA watch winders have a ONE-YEAR MECHANICAL warranty. We will repair or replace, at our option, at no charge to you, any JFA watch winder returned to us, prepaid and insured, with proof of purchase (invoice dated within one year of return date) provided the winder case has not been opened, or the winder abused or tampered with at any time and in any way.Repairs done under warranty do not extend the warranty. Customer assumes full responsibility for any kind of damage to any watch from the use of a watch winder, storage box or other related items whether caused by manufacturing defect, negligence or otherwise. Responsibility of seller is limited to replacement or refund of product under the terms of sale, less shipping. All repairs or replacements are shipped within six to eight weeks of receipt during non-holiday time periods. Failure to provide proof of purchase documentation or out of warranty payment will delay your repair. This warranty is not transferable and covers the winder only. Springs, adapters, domes, and other accessories are not covered.
PLEASE NOTE: we do not repair any other watch winders. We ONLY repair JFA/MTE watch winders. Winders that are not original winders will not be repaired. Any winder that has been opened, tampered with or subjected to misuse will not be repaired or at our option, and your approval, atr an additional charge.Any watch winder sent to us that are NOT JFA/MTE watch winders will be returned unrepaired to the sender at the sender's expense.
Repairs may take 6 - 8 weeks. We test, repair/replace (at our option), test again and then ship the item back to you via UPS Ground.
If your JFA/MTE watch winders is Out-of-Warranty, then you can purchase a Out-of-Warranty Repair. Out-of-Warranty repairs are warrantied for 90-days from date returned to the customer. Out of warranty repairs does NOT include the circuit board. An additional charge of $50 will be applicable if the circuit board has to be replaced. This is not normal. It only occurs with power surges, or more likely, customer attempts at repairing the winder. We reserve the option, that after inspection, we will notify you that a circuit board must be replaced and an additional charge is applicable.
