PLEASE NOTE: We are out of JFAE4 four watch winder motors until Sept 2011. If that is the repair you are looking for, please contact us & we will email you once we have the motors in stock and the ability to repair them.

We will repair or replace, at our option, any JFA watch winder purchased from JFA, OnlyTheBestGifts.com or any authorized JFA reseller, provided the winder case has not been opened, or the winder abused or tampered with at any time or in any way, and provided it is returned to us, prepaid and insured. Out of warranty repairs carry at 90-day warranty. Proof of purchase may be required for any repair. All repairs or replacements will be shipped with 6 - 8 weeks. 

We DO NOT repair other brands. 

Note on multiple repairs: Winders are not eligible for over two out-of-warranty repairs. If you've submitted your winder for repair two times, then the third will not be repaired. We can only replace the unit with a discounted unit. We will contact you with details if we find the winder has been repaired more than twice.

• JFABE2C-1/JFABE2C-2 One or Two-Watch Classic Winder in Mahogany Wood Cabinet: $79 plus shipping & handling.

Out of Warranty Watch Winder Repair Procedure:

1. Order the corresponding repair on this page. A repair ordered online will result in an electronic receipt being sent to your email address. Print a copy and include it with your repair return. 
2. Pack your winder ONLY. Do not include retaining springs, AC adapters, etc. 
3. Make sure you include:
   1. A copy of your original order or your order number.
   2. A copy of your repair receipt.
   3. Your name, return shipping information, email and phone number.
   4. Brief description of the reason for the repair.
   5. Write your order# on the outside of the box.

5. We will verify your documentation. Repairs will be tested, repaired/replaced (at our option), tested again, then shipped out via UPS Ground.  The repair process may take six to eight weeks. If your winder is returned to us without a copy of your original sales receipt or your order number, work may delayed.
