Terms & Conditions

• Awards must be purchased as part of a bona fide incentive, motivation, recognition or promotion program, such as the following: sales incentive, dealer/distributor incentive, corporate gift program, customer promotion, employee recognition program or loyalty program. Awards may not be sold or bartered by you or by a travel agent or incentive company for business travel purposes. Award certificates may not be resold to the general public for individual purchase or contrary to the program as described on these Web pages. You may be required to prove these awards are for incentive or rewards programs. 
•  Allow 7 - 10 business days for awards to be processed.
• Minimum order of $1000.00. 
• Each stay certificate is good for the number of nights specified including tax. 
• Recipient must provide Award Number when booking reservation. Award number on reservation must match Award Number presented at check-in. 
• All Marriott Incentive Travel Awards feature: deluxe accommodations for two; all applicable room taxes; *breakfast for two the following morning; last room availability; no major restrictions; valid for 15 months from date of issuance. (*Breakfast is not included at TownePlace Suites properties.) 
• By purchasing certificates you verify that you will use the Marriott Incentive Travel Awards only as part of a bona fide incentive, motivational, recognition or sales promotion program and you will only distribute the awards you purchase as part of the program. 
• This Award is not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired. Expiration date cannot be modified or extended. Night(s) of stay must occur on or before the Stay Award's expiration date.
• Prices subject to change. Drop ship, administration, freight and insurance charges apply to all orders and are included in the shipping amount charged. Due to the value of these certificates, we use a secured carrier such as Airborne, FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
• This Award cannot be used during hotel special events. This Award may not be applied toward convention, catering, group and/or tour programs and cannot be used in conjunction with any other certificate.
• This Award is not redeemable for cash or Marriott GiftCards. NO CHANGE OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN on any unused portion of this Award.

• Marriott Reward points cannot be earned with the use of this Award; however points can be earned when incidentals are billed to guest room folio.
