Hyatt’s Pure Spa certificates are redeemable for revitalizing spa treatments and applicable taxes at participating Hyatt Hotels and Resorts worldwide. Hyatt spa certificates are good any day or night of the week, and are available for two treatment experiences; Hyatt Standard Swedish Massage and Hyatt Deluxe Swedish Massage and can be redeemed at participating locations whether the recipient is a registered guest or not.

Your choice of:

• Standard Swedish Massage*: (50-60 Minutes) 
• Deluxe Swedish Massage*: (80-90 Minutes)
  
  The term "Swedish Massage" refers to a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles and stimulate the skin and nervous system.

• Awards must be purchased as part of a bona fide incentive, motivation, recognition or promotion program, such as the following: sales incentive, dealer/distributor incentive, corporate gift program, customer promotion, employee recognition program or loyalty program. • This Hyatt Weekend Certificate is redeemable only at participating Hyatt hotel locations available.

• Certificate must be used in its entirety at the time of redemption. Packages may not be split over multiple appointments or visits. No credit will be issued for any certificate that is not fully used. 
• Packages are subject to availability at time of reservation and blackout date may apply due to seasonal periods or specific events. 
• Not applicable for food, beverage, service, stay, retail products or incidental charges not included in the package description. Gold Passport Points will not be given for the-value of this certificate.

• The certificate type must be provided when making reservations. Normal appointment restrictions apply. 
• This certificate is not combinable with other promotional certificates, group travel, tour packages, convention specials, or special offer programs. Gratuities are not included Not redeemable for cash or other substitutions. Not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, or expired. Certificate is considered void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Certificate and identification will be required when you check in for your appointment. Hyatt reserves the right to request a form of security deposit in advance for expenses not covered by the certificate. This certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date.
