ALL ITEMS MUST BE ORDERED ONLINE. In order to keep our prices low, we only accept orders on our website using our secured shopping cart, with the exception of cigars. If you have any questions about our products, please use our contact form or call us. We'd be happy to answer your questions in a timely manner.  However, please note all orders must be placed online.  Thank you.

To cancel your order:

Cancellation must be received before 3:30pm CT M-TH the date of purchase or a 3.5% bank credit card fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount. Credit cards are electronically processed M-TH at 3:30pm CT, after which time the bank fee is assessed and can not be refunded for cancelled orders. Please call 312-527-9112 or use this form to cancel orders. Cancelled weekend or holiday orders will be subject to the bank processing fee.

Ordering Options:

Our pages are shopping cart enabled and orders are processed through a secure server. You can simply click the "Add to Cart" button to add an item to the shopping cart.   If you need products expedited please call us for wire transfer instructions.

At any time, you can click the "View Cart" button to review what you have in your cart or the "Check Out" button to complete your order.

Please also familiarize yourself with Shipping & Return Policy our before ordering.

In an effort to give you the best price, we DO NOT ACCEPT phone orders for any items.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: After you press SUBMIT, the computer will pause as it processes the order. Do not hit the submit button twice as it is normal for the computer to pause for a few seconds while it processes your order. You will then be shown a confirmation of your order. PLEASE DO NOT PUSH THE SUBMIT BUTTON TWICE.

If your order is getting declined, please DO NOT process the order multiple times.  We have a very high fraud screen on our shopping cart.  Please just call us or use the contact form and we will help you order.

Payment Options and Taxes:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept credit cards from NON-US banks or financial institutions. We only ship products to the cardholder's authorized billing or shipping addresses. 

We DO NOT accept orders outside the US and Canada.  We DO NOT ship outside of the US and Canada. No exceptions. 

Please Note: When you place an online credit card order, your credit card is automatically debited. If we are out of stock of the item(s) you purchased, we will notify you, and give you the option of waiting for the item(s) or cancelling the order. We also accept payment by credit card via US Postal Mail or fax.

Taxes

Orders shipped to Illinois are subject to 9.75% sales tax. Cigars are subject to an additional 18% tobacco tax.  SALES TAX is only valid and charged for shipments within Illinois.
